Top Tip. Never ask me what my top 5 bands are as i won’t give you a conclusive answer - too many musical loves. In another life, I was a backing singer for Bowie but in this life I am called to be an image maker.
Brighton is the place I call home. I live here with my son, Otis and our dog, Moppy. The individualism of this vibrant city is a constant source of inspiration for my work and soul. I love immersing myself in the culture and creativity, along with the salty sea - especially in the dark winter months. Nothing like a windswept, deserted beach and a cold, moody sea to make you feel really alive and present. Nature provides me with a sense of calm, so obviously I'm inclined to be out in it as much as possible.
Just outside of Brighton and you can find me in the woods, fields and rivers, regularly using them as locations for my work. I gravitate towards shooting barren landscapes, honest portraits and beautifully designed spaces. I prefer natural light over studio lighting and I am always up for a hike to shoot in an interesting location. I feel at home exploring both new and familiar places.
